Custom business software for small and medium businesses in Sydney — the mobile app your staff or customers use, the desktop system your office runs on, and the server that keeps both holding the same numbers. It's built as one product rather than three separate tools, so nothing has to be entered twice.

How much does custom software cost?定制软件大概多少钱？
Small custom builds start at A$2,000 + GST, which covers a 20-hour package. Past that, work is quoted on estimated hours at A$120 + GST per hour. Most projects come in between 20 and 60 hours — roughly A$2,000 to A$6,800 + GST. You still get the free 30-minute consultation first, then a written fixed-scope quote before any code is written, and the price you agree is the price you pay — no creeping invoices partway through.

How long does a project take?一个项目要做多久？
Most projects are 20 to 60 hours of work. The calendar timeline is fixed in the Blueprint stage alongside the price, before any code is written. During the build you get weekly working previews running on your own data, so you can see progress and change direction early rather than waiting for a single reveal at the end.

Yes — bank EFTPOS terminals, Stripe, Square and Tyro on the payments side; Xero and MYOB on the books side. Daily takings flow through automatically instead of being copied into a spreadsheet at close.

Yes. The field apps are built offline-first — they keep working in the truck, the cold room or the loading dock, and sync everything back the moment the connection returns. Staff never have to stand still waiting for bars.
